Always fresh and delicious.
I’ve purchased several boxes of the large size and keep coming back to it. While I’ve tried other loose-leaf teas, none are as strong as this one. I appreciate being able to control the strength, and this tea allows for that perfectly.

Bold flavor
This is what tea used to be. American brands have lost their flavor and are just tanic acid makers not real tea. Once I found Red Label even my Indian friends love it.

Used to buy it for cheaper but w/e
Hopefully this helps people - i'm indian and my family (like so many others) have bought this brand our whole lives. I've been seeing some nasty tea recipes in the comments lol EACH TO THEIR OWN, but if you want an actual chai recipe (this is my family's version. each family's differs a bit), this is how my family makes it. Yields 3 cups.Bring 2cups water to boilThrow in 3 tsp of this black tea when it starts boiling, 6 crushed cloves, 4-6 crushed cardamom (preferably whole, then crushed with a pestle and mortar. You will end up adjusting the tea, clove, and cardamom for your own taste eventually)Wait 2-3 minutes. The steam will smell really good like it's "opened up"Pour in 1cup of whole milk. Fattier milk tastes much better than skim milk.Watch the tea. When it's a rising boil til it's about to spill over, that's when you remove it from the heat.I use 1 tsp white sugar and 1 tsp coconut palm sugar per cup, place a strainer on the cup, and pour the tea directly in. That's it!

Excellent product
This is my favorite brand of tea. The flavor is nice. The product is a bit expensive though. It is only worth buying if you don't have an Indian grocery store nearby.

Great flavor
As much as I like Lipton and Tetely loose tea, I like this tea even more.Like all tea it naturally needs to be made fresh everyday and that's fine. All three teas have their own specific flavor and are good, but I prefer this one over the others.

Love it! But you need a tin.
Very good tea at a terrific price! The leaves are evenly cut (small, but not powdery), the flavor is hearty and excellent. I like it as much as any of the fancy teas I've tried. This is going to be my "go-to"cuppa tea from now on.One thing to know: the tea (which is a large amount - 8 cups dry measure) comes in pretty minimal packaging. It's sealed in a foil pouch inside a lightweight cardboard box. It's fine for shelf storage unopened, but I don't think anyone can adapt it for storage while in use. Once the package is opened, the tea will need to be moved right away to a pretty big tin or other light-proof container. You can find cookie tins very chealyp (especially on post- holiday sale) at dollar-type or craft stores. I took out enough tea to fill a 4 ounce old tea tin I had, and put the rest away in a cookie tin. That way, I won't disturb the big tin for daily use, hopefully helping preserve the quality of the tea.
