Why the gas lift up arms not going down, its stiff?

Fully assemble the bed, securely tighten the piston and place the mattress on top of the base, which helps you to put the base down, as this is supposed to hold the mattress on its own and they are stiff without a mattress on top of the base.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, just to make sure if we are running with same batch, we can offer you replacement parts for any damages or lost.
