Question 1

What is the content of Cineole and Terpinen-4-ol? Thank you.

Accepted Answer

It's VERY diluted I can tell you that much. Terpinen-4-ol is 0.33% and it should be at 2-6% based on ISO3515

Question 2

Is this truly undiluted like 15ml bottles are?

Accepted Answer

I've thought about the previous answer provided since receiving the product myself and I have to say, while the description of the product *may* be interpreted as false advertising, it's actually in how you read it. The large bottle of lavender oil is from Canary Islands as previous answer stated, however, the product listing technically only refers to the 10ml bottle as being "100% Pure & Natural Therapeutic Grade from Bulgaria"... there is no mention of the grade or source information for the large bottle. I can see how this might be misleading to some, but it's not technically inaccurate. In response to your question... all three bottles claim to be 100% essential oil, which would lead me to believe they are undiluted (i.e. not mixed with carrier oils), but they apparently are different grades of oil. Hope that helps!

Question 3

How does this oil compare to more expensive oils?

Accepted Answer

Hello, The truth is, there are countless amounts of companies selling their version of essential oils. There are different amounts of dilution and different formulations. The expensive brands are advertised to have a more potent version of the oil, making it more expensive to the masses. We can't speak on their behalf but with our product we take the precautions and measures to make sure our oils are safe for you and are effective. We make sure we pick the right oil and at the right price. Our oils are made for many different uses, so when you are choosing an oil chose one that is right for you and for what you intend to use. We love our products and we know you will too, if not we will be happy to reimburse you. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Hope this helped answer your question!Best, The Art Naturals Team
