Review: Super cheap replacement touch screen for your DS! Works great! Awesome deal! - This is a bargain priced touch screen replacement for the Nintento DS Lite. My old Touch screen was unresponsive in one corner and that made playing very frustrating if not impossible for some games. So I was looking for a cheap replacement. And this is exactly what I needed. For a few bucks my DS Lite is as good as new. Just follow the plentiful available YouTube how-to's for the repair. You would be advised to have some super thin double sided sticky tape available to glue the new touch screen onto the LCD. Also don't forget to carefully remove the old colored bezel from the old touchscreen. Leave the bezel off until everything is put back together and then stick it back on the DS screen. That way it will be perfectly aligned. I was lazy and just put everything together without the tape and the DS housing itself holds everything in place good enough for me. But for a perfect job you should tape the screen on the LCD. Also don't forget to take the protective film off of the touch screen or it might interfere with correct function. My old touchscreen also had a screen protector film on it. If yours is still good don't forget to peel it off carefully and then put it back on the new screen when you're done reassembling everything.
