Sturdy and easy to install ladder!
Great door. The contractor said it was the best he had seen. Has a handrail. It has a pole that locks and unlocks it and pulls it down. Super easy to install. It pretty much came out together. Bought it to replace a narrower one and couldn’t be happier with it. I like the fact the door is insulated so I didn’t need to add a strip of insulation ended the stairs. I’d recommend this highly.

Easy to install, very sturdy, extra width allows for passing Water Heater through.
The architect's brilliant idea of placing the water heater in the attic left me with no way to remove it, save cutting the ceiling. This is a very solid, well constructed and it locks in place. Highly recommend the ladder, I would never recommend the architect.

Good product, bad packing
The product is good. However, it is damaged in delivery.Because Packing is terribly simple, very easy to be broken during loading and unloading. I bought two ladders. Both of them are Delivered with damage. So it is common problem. The manufacture needs to improve packing for the product. I asked my carpenter fix the ladders.

Check your celing height !!
Worked well, but had to remove most of the bottom ladder to accommodate the existing ceiling height, which was 8'2". The ladder was stated suitable for a height of 7'11" to 10'8". It seemed more suitable for a much higher ceiling.
