My son is in cloth diapers and has never had a diaper rash when this is used regularly. It smells good, it's moisturizing, as well as a great barrier for wetness. I love the fact that is is full of all "good for you" ingredients. You don't need the nasty chemical filled petrolatum based creams to keep away diaper rashes.
