Dose is two capsules as recommended. I took 2 with my morning tea and toast and was glad I was home; I had a bout of 'Uncontrollable waste evacuation', about 40 minutes later. Probably due to the raspberry. I now take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and have had no further surprises!

This is the second time that I have found an empty capsule in my bottle. At first I thought it was an accident but now I’m beginning to think that this is something that they do and I am not liking it. I spend enough money for this bottle that I should not have any empty capsules especially when I find it now and every delivery that I’m getting

All of these things are nice; like the taste-it taste like raspberry therefore a dice star 🌟-I'm just not sure what I should be looking for in this supplement. I have seen no changes.
