Penda 63006SRX 8' Bed Liner for 99-16 Ford F-250/350

I cannot believe how quickly I received the bed liner! It arrived two days ahead of schedule. It is a quality liner and took me less than a half-hour to install by myself.

The photo for this product shows the tailgate liner is included. This piece is not included. I emailed them and they said that the description is wrong....sorry. Now I have an incomplete bed liner. Bad Bad Bad!!!

UPDATE 9.29.19: CarID finally sent out the missing tailgate piece, perhaps not coincidentally after I linked them to my original view here. They also offered a $25 gift certificate. Having to send over 10 emails and waiting 1.5 weeks to resolve this doesn't leave me real confident with CarID.Penda customer service was very responsive, not only about trying to help get me the missing piece (even though this wasn't their issue at all; they weren't the seller or distributors), but regarding the "gripes" I raised in my original review here. Among other things, their customer service questioned whether I had in fact received the correct model bedliner (fit issue on tailgate end and cutout sizes). Apparently there's a stamp with the model number on the underside/driver's side, but at this point I'm not going to pull it all off and check that, much less imagine what processing a return/replacement would be like with CarID. I can live with the final result.One additional "gripe" I'll add to my list. Penda customer service gave me the number of the pieces kit I should have received, and I did receive that kit. That kit included 8 mounting screws for the tailgate pieces that are too small to use on my F-350. The screws holding down the tailgate piece that need to be removed look to be 1/4", and the ones sent by Penda are smaller than that, and thus aren't usable. So I ended up using the old original 1/4" screws and a small washer to mount the tailgate piece, which looks crummy and probably isn't as effective as the screws/mounting caps Penda intended owners to install. So more sloppiness on this kit--at least this F250/350 version.UPDATE 9.23.19: CarID still has not shipped out the missing tailgate piece I referred to in my original order; I'm going to have to order it separately and dispute my charge with them. This seems to be a decent product, but I strongly recommend NOT ordering it through CarIDI ordered this specific model from another seller/distributor (CARID), but aside from the tailgate piece not being shipped, everything here applies to this model/design and not the seller/distributor. This was installed on my 2010 F-350 long bed crew cab SRW.Pros:-Quality appears very good, particularly considering the price-Compared to the alternative of some kind of spray-in product, the convenience of a "drop in install" can't be beatCons:-Install video and instructions shipped with this apply to F-150, not 250/350. Basic install process is the same, but references to the 'light switch' in the bed don't apply, nor are there holes for the "pushpin fasteners" referred to in the video at around 4:15 (these fasteners were nevertheless shipped with the install kit for this model even though they aren't used)-There is no cutout for the trailer light plug (not sure whether this is standard on all 250s/350s), so had to cut that out myself...not real easy to estimate the hole position/size, so not surprisingly my cutout wasn't as good as I would have liked-Nice generous 4" cutouts for the bed tie-downs up near the cab, but the cutouts for the tie-downs on the tailgate end are only about 2" and not positioned correctly, again requiring me to enlarge them--useless otherwise. Why on earth wouldn't you have the same size 4" cutouts for all 4 tie-down locations?-Soft plastic "caps" are worthless. I struggled to install one of them to the 4" cutout on the cab end; wouldn't fit or stay in place. Even if you could get them to push into place, I can't see these remaining in place over time with heating/cooling of the black bed, etc. No big deal since I wasn't planning on using these, but I can't imagine folks having much luck with these. And 4 x 4" caps were included, even though as I mentioned only the 2 cab-end tie-downs had 4" cutouts as shipped...-Bed is not laying flat (yet) in the rear (see pic). Hopefully this will work itself out over time; otherwise might have to run some screws across that back area to hold the "lip" down. But bottom-line didn't fit/lay flat in place like the model in the install video.I would buy this product again and recommend to others since bottom-line it's a quick/easy "drop in" solution that is significant improvement over the beat-up bed underneath. But it would be nice if Penda could clean up some of the design/install issues with this particular model...kinda sloppy.
