I like how small it is so that it doesn't take up much space. It comes mostly assembled, you just have to do a couple things. My husband had it together in 15 min. I bought it just for walking but my husband has run on it and it's fine for him, he's 5'5". I don't think tall people could run on this. I like the speakers, but unless you have a headphone jack you can't use it. It has a USB port but I can't plug my phone into it and use it for music (directions say you can plug a flash drive in with music on it.) My phone is a note 20 and it doesn't have a headphone jack so I've been plugging my IPod into it. I wish the handles were a little longer I like to use them while I walk and I keep accidentally hitting the stop button! The display is easy to use, but it is in km and there is no way to change it so keep that in mind if you're in America like I am. Overall for the price, you get what you pay for. It's pretty decent.

I like the treadmill but it doesn't incline which is what I really wanted it for

The box was in pretty rough shape when it arrived and there was one cracked piece (at the handle start/stop button). It is working however, so I'm not too concerned.

You cannot change kilometers per hour to miles per hour the speed is in kilometers per hour not miles per hour

I walk and jog for 5 miles nightly...It's a stress reliever for me.. it's too hi traffic to walk down the road at my house so its much easier to get my sneakers on and Jump the treadmill and go...I love mine...

It is very width wise I feel like I am running with my feet close together

The buttons to change the speed don’t work on the side.
