The motor works for now. Just installed it and my tilt/trim is working again. I also had to re-drill the mounting holes in the lower plate where it attaches to the hydraulic pump. Hopefully it lasts. 2001 Four Winns with Penta SX drive.

I have an 02 5.0 volvo penta sx-m. I ordered this puppy to save money, but it didn't save me any time. It states it would replace my old motor part number 3860879 and I had to resize drill the mounting holes out just to get them to line up. Not happy about that but it seemed to do the trick.

Does not fit. Bolt spacing is too narrow for the application. You will have to modify a direct replacement part when you get it.
