Love it
Easy to follow directions and tips. Its easy to use the hardest part is getting the baby to sit still. We used almost room temp water so it starting setting faster which helped us a little more

Easy to use but not enough mold for feet
I followed the instructions and the statues turned out almost perfect (except for the first one)I wish they have different size of molding mix for feet and hands as their current mix is not enough to cover my son’s whole feet but is too much for his hands. The box came with the box is only slightly longer and deeper than than my son’s feet so it was not easy to not touch the box. He’s almost 9 months old and height /weight are 99 + percentile though.I’m debating between buying more from this brand or go to a different brand.

Love
It wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be but absolutely love how it came out and definitely wish I would have done more.

Want to keep these memories forever
I will list a few pros and cons for this product.PRO: Instructions are very detailed it makes it easy for even the most artistically challenged person.PRO: comes with enough product to try again if you failed the first time.PRO: Can be used for older children (used if for my son who is 2 years and 5 months. The containers were a bit small for him, so his hand touched it and came out flat in some areas)CON: If you don’t buy some type of a paint sealant the paint scratches off very easilyCON: If you drop it on an area without carpet it will break. (The stone is more like chalk material) I wish there was a way to make it more solid.Overall this is a great kit. I had a lot of fun making the cast and it was a lot easier than I expected. I’m glad I chose it

Easy to Use! No fuss! Great Results!
These pictures were taken after I used the sandpaper to get out tiny imperfections in the stone plaster. The directions seemed daunting, however, it was as easy as mixing water with the mold, holding baby’s hand in place, and mixing the stone plaster with water. That took about 15 minutes to complete and I put the baby in the highchair so I didn’t need a second person. My baby is 5 months old! After 3hrs of dry-time the mold came off relatively easy but getting in the nooks and crannies of my baby’s hand took some concentration. Im pretty impressed with the level of detail the stone plaster has—I can clearly see the baby’s pores, hand dimples, lines and wrinkles. It is a treasure! Now, I am waiting 5 days for the plaster to dry before using a sealant. I plan on giving this to my baby’s father and a second one to my baby’s grandfather for Father’s Day.

Such a wonderful keepsake!!!
I have never been this excited to leave a review! I have a 7 year old, 3 year old, and a 1 year old. I know this is meant for babies under the age of 9 months, but I was a little slow to come across this product. And besides, I'm glad I now have one whole piece with all 3 of my children. It was a little tricky cause I had to use more product since my 2 girls have larger feet, and my son is at that age where he won't stay still. I made them without any help holding down my son. Getting the hand done was impossible. I had to throw it away because he fought me hard lol! You have to move quickly, cause the mould dries fast once it's mixed. I also used my own containers since the ones provided aren't meant for kids my age. Also, since my kids touched the sides while doing the mould, I had A LOT of touching up to do, to make it look natural. All in all, I'm in love with the outcome! Be sure it is completely dry before painting. I finished them off with an acrylic gloss spray. I then bought clay from Amazon, and pushed them into it to make a stand. I didn't want them to be permanently stuck into it, so I let the clay dry for a couple of weeks. It shrunk a little, so I had to sand it to get them to fit back in. Then I bought acrylic paint for the base, and a bronze marker (all from Amazon), used adhesive putty to get the feet to hold in the clay stand, sprayed the whole thing with acrylic gloss spray again.....and voila! You'll figure it out with trial and error, just like I did. I don't have an artistic bone in my body, but I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. And yes, I have a little over 2 packets left over. $45 is a bargain for what you can create from this! I thought it was going to be complicated, but I think it's more just time consuming (if you're as picky as I am). Go for it! Years from now you'll be glad you did!

look at it! It’s perfect!
I am in love with how this turned out. I like that this provides enough for several different molds because you probably aren’t going to get it right on the first try. This was our second attempt and it turned out beautifully. Do it while they are only a few days old and not super wiggly. I was also feeding her at the time so she was super relaxed while my husband did it. Definitely was easier with two people - at least with my squirmy baby!

NOT EASY TO USE
So I read so many reviews on this product and the instructions multiple times because I read how many people messed up. The first time I used it I mixed luke warm water with the molding powder because in the detailed instructions it stated the warmer the water the faster it sets and it set in about 2 minutes and I couldn’t get my babies foot in the mold. So I had to use the second mix which by this time my baby was already angry from waiting and unfortunately I created an absolute monster of a baby foot because my little was so upset. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any good molds. I would love to possibly try again sometime.Price of the product is great but even after reading reviews and instructions it’s still not easy.

I received a used item
I received an opened package and it was very poor quality, it was a really bad experience

Worked great
Turned out great. There were instructions in the package and we followed them and everything turned out perfect. I ended up doing two feet in one mold and it was great! You need more sand paper to get the ended better but that’s my only complaint.

Good result
Easy to use. I added 1/4 of water required warm, so it set faster. Did with baby 4months old , baby was moving a bit, 3min was needed for the mold to dry around the foot. Easy to remove. Only half of plaster (step 2) was necessary. Great result, like the details

Awesome
Turned out amazing, straight forward instructions. I was a little hesitant at 1st since I messed up the first 2 times but with different brands. This was by far the easiest of them👍
