I’ve been taking Pomegranate Extract for years now. I had some blockage in an artery and it cleared it up. Also my husband would take it if he felt a migraine coming on and it stopped the migraine. That’s us- may not be for everyone - but I take it daily-

I love this product. I find them very easy to swallow. I've been feeling so good since taking them. Some things that I read about pomegranates say that it can help with blood pressure. I don't know if this is true because I do not have a blood pressure issue. Thus Im can't speak on that. But Pomegranates are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, potassium, folic acid and iron. What I appreciate about these is that they contain a minimum of 40% ellagitannins, which are converted into ellagic acid by the body. And when laboratory studies were conducted it showed that ellagic acid is a powerful antioxidant that supports DNA integrity and promotes overall cell health. It's also free of: Yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy, wheat, sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, artificial color, flavor and fragrance.

Four stars only because this is my first time taking it and I want to see what the results end up being. So far, really good! Pomegranate juice is both healthy and tasty but has a high sugar content, which I wanted to avoid. This stuff really does the trick, a great anti-oxident. I got this brand on the recommendation of my doctor to help fight my prostate cancer in addition to the therapy he has me on and in conjunction with a number of other supplements. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. What's been working for me might not work for you and you should discuss any supplements of this kind you are thinking about taking with your doctor or healthcare provider...period!

I struggle with hypertension this has helped lower my blood pressure. Its a fantastic product. You will definitely get the desired results you want. Great brand as well.

Okay, so I'm not any kind of expert on which brand of reservatrol is better then the other. And honestly this was an impulse buy based on something I had read about while looking for some remidiees for reducing the negative effcts of stress. I did take only one a day until it ran out and then kind of forgot about it for a couple of days. And while I was taking it, I didn't really notice any huge changes. However, I think it might be that it takes a bit for it to build up in my system and the positive effects come on gradually, because after about a week of not taking this I was feeling pretty bad again. I ordered two bottles the second time and have been taking 2 per day. I didn't do any scientific tests but it was about a week or so until I felt better again. I have been very busy lately and working in a stressful environment, and this stuff really has helped me.

I've been taking it for months, and I feel great. Of course, I will continue to use them.
