Product does what it says - very good customer service
Placed an order and a month later I didn't have anything. Contacted seller and they got back to me right away. Appears that error was on part of UPS not seller. To their credit they immediately shipped out the glasses. Lesson here is if you don't get something when you should, contact the seller and let them know instead of waiting like I did!As for product itself, it is probably 3-star quality. But keep in mind folks, you are paying less than 0.80 cents per unit. How much optical clarity were you really expecting? Yeah, I wish the color was a little more yellow instead of completely white and it is a bit fuzzy.I gave 5 stars to offset the low ratings from people who were simply expecting way too much and because of the good customer service.Remember that you are looking at something 93 million miles away through a piece of plastic, not through the Hubble, so for what it is... it works nicely.

The real deal
I've compared other paper eclipse glasses to those made by American Paper Optics. Many of the made in China glasses use an inferior film that doesn't block as much light (and I'm not sure whether those Chinese made glasses are really safe??). I know the American Paper Optics glasses are safe and NASA has used them as a supplier in the past. If you get these glasses and use them properly, you shouldn't damage your vision.

eclipser Solar Viewing
I ordered these solar viewing glasses really too late to receive them before the annular eclipse last May. They arrived in time, however, and worked very well. The main reason I ordered them was for the transit of Venus. We had several hundred people view the transit, through these 5 glasses. In the process only one of the glasses "walked off." Those viewers with good eyesight were able to see the transit. Those with lesser eyesight had to rely on a projection using a binoculars. Kudo's for prompt shipping and for glasses that withstood a lot of handling.
