Amazing part - great customer services
11/10 customer service. I bought a Fluidmaster 5403 3-Inch flapper in November 2021. In March 2026 4 1/2 years later it had developed a small blister on its O-ring and would not seal correctly. Typical wear I assumed. As I was ordering another one I saw it had a ten year warranty. After ordering the new one I went to the Fluidmaster web page and found the warranty information. I filled in and sent the warranty form and 45 minutes later I got an email with a FedEx tracking number saying a replacement part was on its way. The new part got here in 3 days. This flapper fits perfectly - took on a minute to install - and works great. Not only is this a great part that does the job the customer services was bonkers good. From now own Fluidmaster will be used for all my toilet needs. The people at Fluidmaster shall sit amongst the chosen.

Works well, although do wish I could find just the gasket as thats the part the is the issue after awhile

Toilet Flapper that Fixed the Issue Right Away
I bought this because a couple of toilets were constantly running, and this fixed the problem immediately. Installation was pretty simple, just a few adjustments and it was done.Pros:• solved running toilet issue• straightforward installation• good seal once installed• has held up well for a couple of months• 10-year warranty adds peace of mind• great value for money pack• great replacemntCons:• no major negatives so farThis ended up being a simple but very effective fix.
