What's the weight limit for straps ?

The heavy duty straps, steel clips and the fact that my husband uses them at 230 lbs and has for a few years with no sign of breaking down, I would say a max of 300.

Comfortable straps with huge Carabiners. So far so good

These work well for controlled leg lifts and holds without taxing my grip. (Especially after pullup day) The Carabiners are huge so you have some options. I have some brackets with 1/4" holes attached to my basement ceiling and I needed slightly smaller carabiners to attach these monsters to. Fortunately I had them already so I just clip the carabiners into those and it works awesome. I've also taken them to the gym and used the additional straps over a bar. Overall they work well for the price and I'm happy but can't comment on durability

Ab Straps Fit For Purpose

The additional extensions and the extremely large carabiners are what really set these ab straps apart from others of similar design. Nice product.
