Don't buy this for IBS. even this is not a good product for constipation. After taking this 2cap with warm water @night time,not stomach clear , after eat some food need to go washroom. full day heavyness & nothing benefit for IBS. don't Buy.

This capsule is working fine for constipation and you will feel the urge to visit toilet after you get up in the next morning (without disturbing your regular wake up timing). I felt very clam , had a peace of mind the next day after I used this product, it helped ibs symptoms as well, but the bad part is that I had a pain in the kidney area for about 2 days and I had to stop using it, I have to think again carefully to use it the next time
