So I have thin hair and need something that will give my hair healthy volume without leaving it feeling nasty like a lot of products do. I've tried creams, oils, sprays, shampoos and everything up to medications. This is the first product where I have been blown away by how fast it has worked on my hair and how well it works. So first use I put it in my hair, braided it and went to bed. Woke up, showered, used a tiny amount in my hair after rinsing and my hair was still wet. Now most products would make my hair feel greasy, dry and damaged after drying it. This however left my hair feeling soft, moisturized, shiny and better looking than its been in a long time. My hair feels amazingly soft I just can't believe I have product in it! It smells amazing and fruity, not like the chemical smell you get from a lot of other brands. I did a light hair dry on a warm heat, my hair didn't tangle like normal and it doesn't look frizzy either! I'll be stocking up on this, I don't ever want to run out. Edit: almost a year on and I still use this stuff all the time and swear by it. My little sister has started using it for her thick curly hair and it helps to keep it from tangling. I make sure to never run out.

I love this stuff! It makes me hair shine beautifully, as well as smell gorgeous! It's really rich with the scent both on wet and dry hair. I use these hair foods instead of conditioner and have done for years now, my hairdresser is amazed at how wonderful my hair looks! One pot lasts at least a month (if you're like me and only wash your hair every 2-3 days). I usually stock up on them when the come on offer at £4, but do not mind getting them full price, they are very worth the money!

Lovely scent and great as a hair mask – very happy with it! I’m really satisfied with this hair balm. It has a very pleasant scent, and it works wonderfully as a deep conditioning hair mask. My hair feels soft and nourished after using it. The price here on Amazon was great — sometimes this product is much more expensive in stores, so I was happy to find it at such a good deal. Highly recommend!

Great product, smells lovely and leaves my hair nice and soft

I use this about twice a week on my very dry coarse dark brown hair.. it's about shoulder length and really suffers from over dying it (over the many years - I'm 52). I will wash with shampoo and conditioner and rinse thoroughly. Squeezing out any excess water. Then apply this AMAZING watermelon conditioning masque to TWIST up into my microfibre towel for about 20 minutes (or if I can to an hour or more!) It's soooooo lovely. I ALSO after rinsing will VERY lightly dip my fingers back into the masque and apply as a 'leave in conditioner' then squeeze out excess. it's *gorgeous* smelling and leaves my hair SO well cared for and pampered. It IS a moisturising and PLUMPING conditioning treatment (and yes, as mentioned my hair is colour treated and seems to do really well - I still go for about 8 weeks on my hair dye!) VERY VERY good price on Amazon vs in stores. I have yet to try the shampoo and conditioner in this line (I use John Freida Featherlight shampoo and conditioner) then follow with this lovely watermelon. * I ALSO* have been known to whilst soaking in the bath later on to wash my face and use this as a lovely moisturising face masque! :D lol (I love it.. what can I say..) it MAY not be for everyone, but that's the case with any product isn't it! THIS was one of those 50/50 choices for me about 2 years ago now!! lol AWESOME hair masque... (and face masque! )

Can be used as a conditioner, mask, or leave-in. Leaves hair soft and smells great. Tub is generous size. It can feel heavy if overused, but great value.

The smell is amazing ! Makes my hair so soft, easy application. The only thing I would say is I'm not a big fan of these kind of opening because you tend to use much more, its a bit tricky to close when you have a hand full of conditioner and some water can get into it... Other than that, I also use it on my damp hair and leave it in, and it makes my hair look amazing. It's one of these products that is worth it because it doesn't break the bank and it's actually a good product. No Silicone so always a plus, the other smells are also amazing !

I have very smooth, flat hair (yes I know some people are calling me a itch <--insert letter at beginning, and what am I complaining for) my hair is lifeless and really greasy. I have to wash every morning and I've tried the don't wash it and it will stop being greasy every day rubbish. My hair is the type where every style falls out within minutes and I even got a professional perm which fell out the next day. I was happy when I heard about this. I bought it to try plump up my hair but it did Zilch, nothing, nadda, bog all, nowt (as us Brits say). I tried all methods you can mask it by leaving it in. All this did was make my hair more flat and greasy with like a film on it and I did rinse it correctly. The other is use it like a conditioner, this just made my hair flat, dull and ropey. I even bought the darn shampoo that's goes with the tub. NOPE nothing, the product is so thick too that it doesn't spread well and I found I had to use quiet a bit (didn't at first so it wasn't too much product causing problems). The scent is nice and lasts but it's not working for me.

I have blonde highlights. Did not notice a difference to my hair, so perhaps its more suited to natural undamaged hair. Will not purchase again.
