Does this filter fit a 2002 Bounder Diesel 300 Cummins engine?

I think that is the correct filter. I use it on my 2004 Winnebago with a 300 cummins.

what baldwin oilfilter is the same threads as the LF3970? ?

If for some reason your not sure the baldwin filter has the same threads. Use a filter cross reference guide, or go to a local parts store for help. You never said what the number of the filter was.

This is only a singular filter. In which the price was far too high. based on the photo I assumed it was two filters. Lesson learnt UPDATE - This filter does not fot a 1989-2002 6bt cummins. Like the others said, do not buy.
