PowerStep Insoles, Pinnacle Low Arch, Flat Feet Pain Relief Insole, Low Arch Support Orthotic For Women and Men, M9/W11

I work on my feet 8 hours a day wearing safety toed boots. I have wide feet and flat arches and these insoles helped with foot pain. I had to trim the toe area about 1/2 inch shorter but it fit well after that.

My husband loves these PowerStep insoles in his work boots. They provide the necessary support for his low arches and help relieve the pain he has from standing on his feet all day! Great product!

This product actually helped with my foot pain. I have a bone pronation on the top of foot and being on my feet walking the dog, partly to work and just being at work for hours doing retail has caused a lot of foot strain. I'm not overweight either. I could barely walk to the train after work until I finally went to see a Podiatrist and she recommended these. They are expensive but worth it! I've tried cheaper versions of inserts in the past and kept buying different sneakers but it was a waste of money. They are so good I've brought three! I keep a pair at work inside my crocks. The downfall I feel some pain in the ball of my foot now. The Podiatrist said it's learning a new way of 'walking' with these inserts and I should explore foot therapy as well. I do recommend these because I was experiencing way more pain without them!

I have flat feet and these work great. The quality of construction is excellent and they have survived being used in multiple shoes. Highly recommend.

Having flat feet isn't fun, much less with arthritis in the joints. I have custom orthotics but use more than one pair of shoes. Power Step makes the closest arch support insole to the custom one at a fraction of the cost. Glad to see Power Step come up with different designs, depending upon your foot needs. Wish there was a way to wash them.

I have flat feet and this was the recommendation for the shoes. I broke them on gradually then wore them on a 3 mile hike. I felt like someone had a lit match under my arch, and I had a bright red line where my arch was. I was in Mexico so I was stuck with them, and 2 miles into another hike a couple days later same outcome, and had to put a large band-aide over my arch so I could walk the rest of the way.

It helped but flattened out within weeks. It is well made and did not raise my my toes where they would rub the shoe itself. I wish the arch had more support in it so it would not flatten so quickly. Aver all a good product.
