Film protection at its best
Another great product from Domke. Well made, and quite heavy due to the lead lining, this small Filmguard pouch comfortably holds 6x 35mm films in their plastic canisters. Would definitely recommend to any film shooter worried about X-ray exposure to their films when travelling.

Buen producto
Fiable producto para viajar con carretes analógicos. El espacio es ideal para guardar 3-4 carretes e incluso tu cámara point and shoot. Recuerda siempre indicar lo que va dentro de la bolsa de plomo en el control del aeropuerto.

use it for all my travels! did get flagged a couple times by security but once they know it’s to protect a film camera they let u through quickly

Easy to use and works!
Tested! Travelled to Guatemala and sent it through the hand luggage x-ray. No film fogging on low ISO b&w film.

Not working
Since most airports and other places with security screening have upgraded to CT scanners, this bag no longer provides effective protection. It may offer limited protection against older X-ray machines, but the first time my films went through a CT scanner, they were all ruined. CT scanners are now installed at most major screening locations.
