The watch didnt even have a sim slot
The watch didnt have a proper slim slot, it did have a small opening that did look like a sim slot and i tried to put a sim inside it. It required a lot of force to put the sim in, and once it went in there was no way to bring it out. When it was in, it wasnt even working, in the end to take the sim out i had to break the watch, a complete waste of money

Get what you pay for
First one was missing charger. Second had a broken back on the unit. Kept the original and charger and shipped back the broken unit. Customer service helped. But expect the possibility of a defective unit or missing charger, even sealed in the plastic still. It works on Fitbit software, so this is a "more advanced" Fitbit, not really a smart watch. Can read only the last text or notification received. There is no scroll, and when it runs out of space it cuts it off. You cannot reply to any messages though.Very clunky, not the best touch screen. Does read BP and heart rate, and does seem to pull weather ad time well from phone. This was not designed to be used as a proxy for your phone. It is more like a watch that has a few extra Bluetooth features.Visually it is not terrible. Good backlight, and the standby screens. It took a while to get set up. For the price, as an electronic watch, not a terrible option. If you intend on using it for text messaging or to view stuff on your phone, this will NOT do that. But if you want to have a watch, step counter, and maybe a few more useful features than a normal watch, sure. Just don't expect a high end piece of equipment.

It's a cheap "smartwatch", what do you expect.
IMOThe first one I purchased did not work properly. The touchscreen wasn't accurate and sometimes it wouldn't work. The SD card I used did not work. I purchased a second watch and got lucky. The screen gave me no issues and the SD card worked. I put in a GSM SIM card from Ting which uses the T-Mobile network. It didn't work at first ; I had to put the SIM card into a regular phone to get it to activate. Once I returned the SIM card into the watch it worked. I don't pay for data with the SIM card so I can't say what the experience is like when using Facebook, Twitter, Web Browser, or MMS services that the watch is capable of. The battery life sucks with one full charge lasting 36 hours if I don't use the watch at all. If I do use the watch for a call or two and music it will need to be charged up after 14 hours of use. The standard sized band fit my wrist but it may be too big for others. This device is not waterproof or resistant at all; beware of washing your hands! If you think this device will meet your needs because you want a "smartwatch" then you are wrong. This is a cheap toy that won't last more than a year with proper care. I bought this device because of my curiosity of having a second cellphone that straps around my wrist and it's cool for that.

Mediocre Smart Watch
This smart watch works well although at times, it becomes annoying by informing you of the activities of your smartphone. For example, when an email arrives there, I get a sound or vibration on the watch (which is superfluous because I have my phone with me and I can see I have received an email; I don't need the watch to tell me that). However, this function can be silenced. When silenced, other functionalities also get silenced such as the camera and photos. On its own, this smart watch doesn't do much. However, the most annoying part is that every functionality icon you click on, you get a message advising "install SimValley software!" And, thus software which is pretty much a Fitness, health software, itself, doesn't do much and is very incomplete. You can't set a voicemail. If you get a call on it and you don't answer, it goes to an automatic voice mail but there's no way to check your voicemail! The instructions are confusing and need a more elaborate insert. Many of the functionality icons on 3 screens are redundant and overlapping; they seem to be just fillers to impress.I have given it 3 stars. I won't recommend this watch to anyone yet before much software improvements.
