PersolUnisex Po3050v Prescription Eyewear Frames

I have seen some discussion on here about if these are authentic Persol's or not, and it almost made me not buy these. These are in fact 100% authentic. These are the 3rd pair of Persol's I have purchased (what can I say, I like them). These are of the same build quality, came in the exact same packaging, including all the contents. Not sure why this is even in question, but hopefully anyone seeing this who was on the fence like I was, will find this useful.As far as everything else to consider...if you've bought a pair of Persol's before, you know what to expect. Perfect in every regard.

This is my second pair from this vendor but my forth pair of this exact frame. The other two where from an optometrist and the company itself so I can tell you that they are the genuine article. I saw some questions about their authenticity so I wanted to clear that up.I get compliments all the time on them and anyone who has tried them on looks good in them. Timeless classic look will never go out of style. I’ve always loved Persol and they remain my favorite company for glasses. 👍👍

Once I got these eyeglasses, I compared them very closely to the pics on the Persol website, and can say they are authentic. I bought both pairs. The all black ones and the gradient ones. Both had warped frames. Warped so bad they would not sit on my face straight. Both were also dusty, dirty and smudged. To me they seemed like factory rejects, that have been sold and returned. Perhaps several times. I don't know how the Persol quality control could release these to be sold. But somehow they made their way to the market. I have an older pair of Persols, that are high quality and beautiful. Unfortunately, the two I am returning are not. Not even worth the 90 bucks each I paid for them. They are junk. Caveat emptor.

Looking for more durable ones, these are manly for looks

No way these are handmade in Italy, unless they're running sweatshop. Of the Persols I have owned over decades these are 30% quality wise. I see why people have given low reviews, $251.00 for ten dollars in materials. Hinges and off balance temples jumped out on first glance. Loose case holder seemingly made for ten different styles, they rattle around inside more than the case for my $20 throw away sunglasses. I'll return them.
