Great specialized motion sensor flood lamp that turns a constant on flood into a scare off flood light to serve trespassing needs. Had the in ground flood stake to light up specimen tree. Now it can light up while aimed at trespassers paths. Great value to get for any exterior flood lamp socket. Easy to install, as it's the same flood lamp socket size. Do not know yet about it's durability = holding up to seasonal and environmental elements. It's a total compatible to normal flood lamps. Perfect product that isn't in home box stores. Happy to have found it.

I installed 2 of these in "can" (aka recessed) fixture lights outside my garage door underneath an overhang. They work perfectly. Meaning that they turn on after dark when sensing motion. The instructions to have them "always on" are confusing, so here's a clarification: flip them off and on again quickly - but only after dark - because the lights seem to "recognize" that it's dark out and stay on. That flick of a switch will not work during the daylight. Even though my indoor garage light goes on with door opener, i like that these light up first, giving me plenty of light at night. The motion sensor is sensitive enough to recognize my dog walking underneath them and he's a little tiny 12 pounder! They work great for me, I leave them on sensor motion most of the time, except when I'm expecting someone after dark- then I use the 'always on' setting.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the motion detection mode. Automatically turns on for 90 seconds when a moving object; or in our case: visiting critters, are detected in the dark. Does not turn on during the day. 15K lifespan with 3 hours per day use.These LED flood lights are not wet-rated. I asked clarification on Amazon website and was reassured that no washer would be needed to prevent water leakage.; since the socket the bulb screws into there is little risk of water getting in as 90% of sockets for security lamps point downward or sideways'. Fixtures under roof overhang also helps light fixture from getting wet.Definitely energy and cash efficient.

The lightbulbs work fine, but they are not very sensitive to motion so don't always come on when small things come in. I had to adjust the light angle to get it to be more sensitive to people walking by, but it still doesn't always come on like I would like. I think I should have bought a new motion sensor fixture instead of just the lightbulbs.

I have a floodlight positioned about 20 feet off the ground in my backyard. I wanted a light that could detect movement motion and was sensitive enough to pick up motion from that distance and bright enough to light the area without being super bright. This is perfect. It detects motion from both my back and front gate, lights up the area and goes off about a minute and a half later. We had heavy wind and rain the other day, and it stayed off when it got grey and cloudy. Definitely will purchase again.

I liked that in the two light pack one actually worked. I did not like that the other one did not work correctly. It kept turning on and off all on its own at night. There was no wind, no animals moving, no trees or leaves moving and did not see any bugs flying as was February 2024, Unable to receive a response form Sengled but finally contacted Amazon customer service who gave me three alternatives. 1: return both for cred or 2, return both for an exchange or keep one and toss the other and received a partial refund.As needed the light and had been without for to long already I chose to loose money and get the partial refund. All in all I would say it was a very poor choice to purchase these lights to begin with .Some people are lucky with the product and some are not. I am not. However, I am very happy with the one light that works though I now have paid to much for it.

I needed a motion sensor light for my backyard. With the extensions, I was able to use my outside light receptacle. This was primarily for my dog so I can let him out at night and see him. Sometimes, the duration is not enough but is easily corrected with a wave in front of the light.

Very good product, down to dusk and motion sensors works great!

Works as advertised. Added security to the back yard. Nice and bright, turns off after 45 seconds or so. A good simple solution.

Placé à l'entrés avant de notre logement, apporte une bonne lumière, car la fonction détection de mouvement est très utile. Nous verrons pour la longévité, plus tard dans le temps...Le seul petit "Hic", est la largeur de la lampe à la sortie du plafond, ça qui empêche de visser à fond...Quelle serait la solution pour corriger ce petit détail ?
