I purchased this bike trainer a few weeks ago. My goal was to only ride it in the house during the winter. I am not a racer, only a social rider. For me personally this was perfect for what I need. The price was reasonable, my husband said it installed easily and it's very quiet. I can read or watch TV while I'm riding. I'm able to change the level from 1-9....perfect for me. I feel comfortable while riding so it's very sturdy. I don't feel like I'm going to fall over. I would definitely recommend this "trainer." We just purchased another one for my husbands bike.

Better than advertised, smooth to ride and MUCH quieter than old other brand magnetic trainer II had been using. Others have appropriately complained about the poor assembly instructions for us non-mechanical types. A simple "fully loosen the tightening screw on the resistance roller before attempting to place the bike on the trainer" would have saved me significant frustration. But I'm over that; happy to be riding this new trainer. No blue tooth or other gizmos, just a solid, smooth riding trainer well worth the price paid.

It comes assembled, so just put the bike in the rear wheel, and it is ready for the ride—low noise, easy storage because it is portable, but not for small bikes. Been wanting a bike trainer for a while and finally made the leap on this one after searching for one that would fit my bikes.So far overall thought is good. It has just enough resistance that would replicate a slight grade while riding. The design is very strong and does not let the bike flex or feel like it's going to fall off. Once you're on it it's stable and does not seem like you'll tip over. It fits my 24"-29" bikes no problem.The bad is nothing really to take a star from but I do wish the manufacturers of these would make or include the adapter for a 20" bmx bike. I'd like to be able to get my son on his bmx and practice sprints inside the house. I'll have to check if this brand has the adapter.Good product, good price. Been on it for a few days now and it feels like a solid product that will last, time and pedals will tell. Folds up easy for storage.

Gave this trainer 5-Stars across the board. Directions could have been a tad more descriptive, but other than that I have zero complaints.I messed up and removed the bolt that adjusts the roller tension to the tire. Once I figured out how to put back correctly it was a snap to mount the bike, adjust the roller tension, and ride inside during this hellosh summer in AZ.Have already put about 12 hours on it with my Hybrid Trek. No tire dust, no noise, good resistance from the roller as the oil heats up as you peddle faster. Very easy to get a solid workout on this equipment.

The clamp that holds the adjustment dial on the handle bar is so defective that if my lazy ass had gotten around to setting this up during the return period, I would have returned it unused. I hate CRAP. Fortunately, the unit as a whole seems sturdy and actually works, so I might recover from the irritation caused by that mounting.

The trainer arrived sooner than anticipated. No assembly of the trainer required. Just took it out of the box and extended the legs. I switched out the quick release from my road bike with the one supplied and was up and peddling in a matter of minutes.I was worried that it might be noisy but with the slick tires on my road bike it is no louder than any stationary bike one might ride in a gym. I have it set up in the loft of my house with an old expertise mat underneath to protect the carpet. My was was downstairs and could hardly hear it at all. It provides sufficient resistance for a decent workout. Shifting gears will provide either more or less resistance if you so choose,I did a lot of research and comparison shopping for this on Amazon and am very pleased with my purchase. If you are shopping for a trainer I suggest you consider this fluid trainer over a less expensive magnetic unit. You won't be sorry.
