Beautiful design with quality work. I called my builing maintenance guy for installation and he did it in 10 minutes.The stainless steel outlook and design are very upscale. The overall weight of this kitchen faucet is a little heavy but very high-quality with a much lower price than from local stores.Having a pull out handle makes cleaning and doing dishes much easier.

The faucet is as described. The quality is top notch. We've spent more on inferior products that just didn't last. Others have mentioned it is heavy and that is true. That's not a negative, just better materials used to make it. FYI we have an old stainless steel kitchen sink, and because of the height and weight there is a little flex to the sink. It is very minor. That is not the faucets fault and in no way are we complaining or upset about it. In fact, it is refreshing to have purchased and installed a faucet of this build quality. Obviously we can not speak to the long term quality as we've only had it a couple of weeks, we do anticipate it lasting a very long time based on the build quality. It came well packed. Not just a few pieces of cardboard to keep the pieces from rubbing, but actual foam cutouts that the pieces fit snugly into. We highly recommend purchasing this faucet if it fits your needs and style. You won't be disappointed

We received this faucet on January 23. We were very happy with it until today, February 9 (17 days later) when we turned the faucet on, water began spraying out of every bend in the neck. The actual faucet is faulty: not something that can be repaired by a plumber. It's almost impossible to use. We will need to replace it.

Good material. Good flexible features (length, nozzle, spray etc).I would have given it 5 stars except for the following.Improvement suggestion 1: One flaw is that fact that (unlike my previous unit), you can't lock the extension to where you want - it self retracts when released.Improvement suggestion 2: The spray is too powerful - so the water splash bounces off the kitchen sink all over the place. And it's not a question of lowering the water pressure. That would make switching between flow & faucet unworkable.But for the price it's great value and I'd buy a 2nd piece if I needed one.

Having a excellent Stainless steel quality of this kitchen Tap faucet with a facility of Pull Out as per your needs to avoid water showers outside the Sink & also with the help of handle that rotates directionally to change water Hot or cold or even can mix to maintain the water temperature as per your needs.I am happy with this because it fits well in my kitchen sink & nothing to put extra efforts for the installation of this but I called a plumber to fix this because no experience but when I Saw him i was surprised how much easy it was.
