This is one of the most trustworthy phone cases that I have bought, this is the 5th case that I have brought from this company, as I kept having my phones upgrade. Everything that is in the description it has lived up to its expectations and I would recommend.

No matter what I do cannot get it to read my fingerprint or to add it again with the front cover on. Wants me to 'press harder' if I press any harder I will break the phone. I followed the video to install the cover but even after rubbing the fingerprint section onto the phone it doesn't seem to be adhering,bad you can see from the picture.I'll now have to find another phone protector that does do it, as I really need the fingerprint recognition for certain things, which is a pity, as I really like the durability and full cover around the phone

First off, if you want a case to protect your phone then this is pretty good. Also the stand works very well and still allows me to use my magnetic phone holder in the car.However, the finger print recognition through the front protective cover is poor and with finger print recognition as security in apps, very annoying. I did have to take the front cover off unfortunately after applying, as my SIM stopped working and I had to remove it, which means removing the whole case, including the front cover with the special bit over the fingerprint sensor. However, on putting it back I made sure all air bubbles were gone and reassigned my finger print successfully....eventually. it has never worked succesfully since though.If they provided additional finger sensor stickers, or altered the case so you can remove the sim without removing the front case then this would be great. However, currently not so great.

Cannot fault this case. Fingerprint works you just need to add your fingerprint once the case is on the phone.

The case is nowhere near as good as the older design, which was produced for the Samsung S9+This particular case is very poor quality. Unlike the S9+ case, it allows alot of dirt & grime to get under the screen protector, which means the fingerprint scanner never works properly - if at all.The small sliding attachment on the back of the case, which allows the phone to stand on its own, has caused the back of the case to crack; and right near to the camera lens.The additional cover, which can be attached to the front or back of the phone also, is of poor design. It's been modelled on the S9+ case; and as a result, the clip keeps pressing on the Bixby button on the side of the phone.The case is flimsy; and nowhere near as good as described. I spend alot of money on a very poorly produced & advertised product.
