Unconventional installation still worked!
I bought a pair of these to try to convert my Merach under desk bicycle into something that would play nice with tracking reasonable data for indoor bike activity via my Garmin ForeRunner 965. Both of the Cyclus sensors connected without issue to the watch via ANT, with a pedal icon for the cadence setting, and a speedometer icon for speed setting. Accessing the battery compartment is a bit strange, as instead of twisting the back panel in a full circle, you just set the dial to directly between the two possible settings, then gently pull it open. These ship with a plastic sheet between the battery and the connectors, which needs to be removed before they'll boot up. These were a tight fit on the cranks, and I could just barely slide them into place on the inner side, as long as I didn't add either of the rubber pads. They stay in place just fine without them, however. As my picture shows, the fit was tight enough that I got some white circles on the inner plastic cover while using them from some light friction. Unfortunately, in this position, I can't see the light indicators for their remaining battery life, but I'm glad there was a way to make them attach! Perhaps unsurprisingly, installing only the cadence to the crank had no impact on the watch's speed or distance calculations during a test cycle session. Lacking access to any wheel hub, I wondered if it would be possible to get acceptable readings by getting creative with the calibration and attaching the speedometer to the other crank, similar to how it installs for cadence. And as it turns out...yes! Repeatedly manually adjusting the "wheel size" calibration for the speed via my watch, I kept doing brief test runs and comparing the speeds to the built in LCD panel on my bicycle and my watch readings to calibrate and dial things in. With a manually set wheel size of 43 43 mm, it was pretty consistently within a 0.1 to 0.3 mph margin of error during glance comparisons at the speed gauges when pedaling with a consistent speed in my usual pedaling speed ranges, which is anywhere from 9mph to 16mph. After making sure to clear data stored on the bicycle so both were starting at a distance of 0, after a longer cycling session of about 1 hour and 30 minutes, the built in panel on my bicycle read a distance of 15.6 miles, and the final distance report from the Cyclus sensors to my watch was 15.3 miles. So extremely close! When initially writing my review, I thought the final distance gap was larger after another extended ride, but that was user error in setting up my comparisons, so I re-did my test to get a more accurate comparison. So, I feel pretty confident in the manual calibration of 43 43 mm as a starting point to calibrate the accelerometer, if installing both the cadence and speed to an under-desk bicycle via the cranks, even though that isn't the recommended install method. The tension control on my bicycle was set to the highest setting (8), if that matters at all in any of these calculations. While I am using them in a somewhat unconventional manner, these Cyclus sensors were still a nice upgrade to the functionality of my Merach bicycle, and I'm quite happy with them!

Easy to pair.
Just got them today. They paired right up with my Android and my Ride With GPS app. Easy to install. I think I'll add a few zip ties, as the rubber bands don't give me a lot of confidence. Will check back regarding the accuracy.

Mostly work
By themselves they work as they should when paired to a Garmin head unit. I also have a PowerPod power meter and when that is also paired these continually disconnect unlike the Garmin branded sensors. But since this is on a MTB trail bike I ride more occasionally than my road/gravel bike that’s not the end of the world (my Garmin sensors are on there). I’m sure I can figure this out by the order in which things get paired because what is likely happening is that the power meter is interfering with them pairing to the head unit. The Garmin branded ones get and stay paired while it’s more important to get these paired in the right order. For the price these are fine.

Easy to set up, works well, excellent customer service
I have purchased 9 of these sensors and used them for over a year and a half. They are easy to install, connect readily with my Garmin Edge Explore 2 cycling computer, and provide accurate readings. I have not had to change any batteries yet. Great warranty support too! I recently had trouble with a sensor reporting inaccurate cadences. I contacted the company and asked for help. They immediately replied and sent a replacement after I provided proof of purchase and documentation of the faulty output. CycPlus warrants these units for two years. It is important to tape the sensor to your crank to ensure it stays on in rough conditions. The rubber band mounts work well most of the time, but I have lost two units while gravel riding. I recommend using self-fusing silicone tape to ensure that they stay in place.

Works flawlessly even in ocean canoeing
Thest are the second and third cadence sensors of the same brand that I have bought. Not to replace defective ones but I have an unusual use for them. I install them on paddles to count the paddle stroke rates in ocean canoeing. This is the cadence of this sport. The installation with the longer rubber band is a snap. The shaft of a paddle is very similar to the handlebar or wheel hub of a bicycle. A CYCPLUS computer instantly recognizes the sensors and uses the data they transmit. The only modification, or rather addition, I made was to tape the installed sensors over with electrician's splicing tape. That fuses to itself and provides a watertight and also hydrodynamic cover. UPDATE after 3 more months: By now, I have installed 5 sensors on various paddles and friends also installed some. This far only one sensor got wet and died. But this is not the fault of the senor but of imperfect sealing at installation. I have improved the technique: I now seal the sensor itself in one layer of self-sealing rubber tape. And then fasten it to the paddle with a second waterproof seal. The oldest sensor is now in its 9th month of use, still with the original battery.

Great value sensor for cadence and speed
Works great! Easy to configure and install on bike. Was a great value. Would recommend this sensor. Works well with GPS bike computer and Wahoo app on my iPhone.

Works great, easy set up
I use this with the cadence app, works great for speed and cadence. Set up is easy with my iPhone and it avoids needing a separate cycle computer. The only drawback is you need to have plenty of cell phone charge as the phone drains pretty quickly. I did a 21 mile ride over a 1:20 period and battery went from 100% to 68% on my IPhone 14 Pro with a healthy battery life. I can’t speak to the battery life of the individual trackers. Also not sure what the advantage of using the sensor vs GPS signal is for speed. The cadence app allows you to use GPS or give the tracker priority, so I guess if you’re in an area with poor GPS coverage it would e useful. It’s distance and speed is accurate compared to GPS, riding the same route with GPS tracking gives identical results within .1 miles as the sensor.

Easy to sync
The setup was easy to do. I did it by myself. Test drove the sensors. I also used my cell phone to verify the speed. Spot on. Also the cadence was an awesome feature. The next step will be getting a heart monitor to track my heart rate. I didn't have to spend whole lot of money. Glad I opted in these instead of the Garmin sensors. The sensors fell off my bike. I was loving it. I came home from the ride and both sensors are missing. I suspect the rubber bands that came with the sensors weaken and well the sensors fell off.
