Can you turn on-off the speaker A/B individual or both on at the same time?

You can turn the speakers A/B off at the same time, I haven’t tried to turn them off individually.

I have 2 cerwin vega re38 (big 15 inch subwoofer) house speakers rated at 4 ohms each. will this play them without cutting off?
