Works great
I love how this line of product is highly concentrated! My previous brand made me use the entire bottle for 1 application. This brand is so concentrated that it only took a small amount, and it worked just as well.

if you have hard water and scale
IF..your fill water has lime, calcium, build up on your faucets etc..the that stuff is in you spa/pool too. You can use a hose connection pre filter (around $34) to get some of it out..This scale remover product helps with the rest, keeping the scale in suspension..helping your regular in the spa filter get some more of it out. Hard water (calcium high) is harder to balance. This helps. Use exactly as instructions state. It is likely that if you have scale, calcium is high, hardness is high, and ph and total alkalinity will be high. Filter--scale control, wait--then test and adjust ph a little at a time til you get both alkalinity (first) and then ph) right.
