Worth every penny
I'll start by saying I started suffering from hormonal acne in my late 20s, after having my son. It got so bad due to hormonal factors, stress, lifestyle, etc. Im working with a dermatologist but needed more help so I found these. I tried them for a month and had noticeably clearer skin. I then decided to try a cheaper version of a similar product. My acne returned so I ordered HUM again after a month. It's been about two weeks now and I have noticably happier skin. Less inflammation, bumps and redness. I plan on continuing with this product and will report back after a few months! Editing to add results: my skin is clear! It feels so good to have my confidence back. Anyone struggling from acne knows it can be real bummer, so I'm beyond happy with my results. I also feel like I have more energy from this product.

I've been taking HUM nutrition for years I love those products this one is great for cleansing my skin and body.

Did not agree with me at all!
Unfortunately these do not agree with my digestive system. Within hours I am projectile vomiting and the other end too! Leaves me with blurred vision and sweating profusely! Sadly a total waste of money for me! I can only put it down to an allergic reaction. Once was bad but 3 times!!! No no no! I cannot put my body through it again. My ribs are in agony from the constant vomiting! Horrendous! To those which it works fantastic but for me - Iโve been left in pain. Not nice!
