Gets nice and cold, and stays cold for a good long while. The 'beads' make it pretty mailable too. It's very large and you can shape it to your body, and the fabric covered side is very soft and comfortable. Total lifesaver after surgery.

It did what it needed to do for my hubbies procedure! It gets gold, stays cold. It is a little bug for the area we needed it for but I guess it’s better bigger than smaller

This is a complete waste of money. Our first ice pack ripped at the seam and the beads were leaking out. The company replaced it, which was nice of them. Now the replacement bag that has seen very little use is doing the same thing. They do not last at all. Spend your money elsewhere.
