Hard and uncomfortable
This shoes look good but are not good for an 8+ hour shift on the restaurant business.

Poor quality/small fit. Decent support
Shoes felt a little small for the size, took a week or two to wear in. Im used to it with my wide feet. They fell apart after 2 months working in grocery store. Cant recommend that based on that

Awesome
As a Chef I’m on my feet all day and need a decent set of footwear. These are extremely comfortable and very good value for money. I’ve had mine a few months and they only show slight wear. The insole is thicker than normal and they are now like slippers after being in them so much. Really good product and cracking price. Definitely will buy another pair one I’ve killed these ones!UPDATE: I have just sent my previous shoes to Valhalla!! They lasted most of the year before giving up the ghost. For the price and the constant daily battering they have taken you simply cannot get a better shoe for daily Chef work. Comfortable straight from the box, robust, excellent non slip & superb value - my go to shoe for all Chef work. OUTSTANDING!!!

A comfortable, good looking, and well made work shoe.
I've had these shoes for 2 to 3 months now, with the intention of wearing them to work, as they looked good, and I thought the product description suited my needs.I definitely wasn't let down, as they are very comfortable, well made, and the grip is amazing. They are now my first choice if there is a bit of a frost, as I don't slip at all.The only slight issue for me was that they felt roughly half a size bigger than the purchased size(9), but this was easily remedied by wearing thicker socks, so I'd personally advise going down half a size, if purchasing. They are easily cleaned, and a handy tool is provided to keep the tread clear of dirt/debris, helping to maintain the superb grip. You can also gauge the remaining tread with the tool.I love them, and will purchase again.

Ruined by a poor design choice
I like Shoes for Crews since having a pair supplied by my prior job year ago and recently bought a pair for my partner who has found them excellent but ...This pair were ruined by the inclusion of a thin insert on each side of the tongue (see picture). This design choice folded and wrinkled rubbing hard on the small toe and the top of the foot on both sides making then unwearable after only an hour. The only cure has been to cut the offending fabric out. Since doing that the shoe seems comfortable.I cannot recommend this style as they will chafe feet too badly

Overall good shoes, fit was as expected.
Shoes are good, the insoles are actually quite thick and bouncy. The laces are a bit short and the quality of the uppers isn't the best. The shoes are meant for working in and so far have been good at doing that, I've had them for a few weeks now and the only problems have come from the heel of the shoes rubbing me a bit and then the creases at the front of the shoe rubbing my toes. Obviously these are quite big problems if you spend all day on your feet working but they have broke in now to be fairly comfy. They are supposed to be slip resistant and although at home when I put them on before I leave for work I slip and slide all over the floor; at work I haven't once slipped and the floor is probably wet 30%-40% of the time, so a thumbs up for that!As mentioned, the quality of the uppers is okay but the very putter layer of the faux-leather has creased and cracked.Like I said, I have had blisters on both heels and a blister on one of my toes. But they haven't been too serious as I use medical tape for my heels if I'm wearing any new shoes - this helped the blisters from being very bad. Try and get these shoes broke in before you wear them for your first shift.

Very comfy - questionable quality on top of the shoe though!
Comfy pair of shoes for anyone standing for long periods at work. Would recommendUpdate: just over 6 months of wearing these shoes, the top on the left shoe is peeling off and has left the shoe looking very unsightly. Very disappointed indeed. Still comfy to wear, but can't wear them now as they look ghastly. No way of contacting the seller either. Hence the change from 5 stars to 2.
