Dr. Emil has many supplement products out there, so I thought I would give this a try. I work out 5-6 days a week and am always looking for different products to help my workouts and recoveries. I liked what I read about the product and wanted to give it a try. I like the Dr's philosophy of 'everyday empowerment' and will continue to use the product and I will update this review if it does not maintain the 5 star rating I am giving it after 2-weeks of use. Note: I am currently only taking 1 capsule a day for the last 2-weeks, I will start increasing my dosage to 2 capsule (as the serving size mentioned on the bottle). I usually like to 'ease' into any supplements I take to make sure I don't have any reaction/side effects first.

Bought 9 bottles and they have expired all last year 12/2022 and return not accepted!

These are designed specifically for women and are supposed to increase your metabolic rate and muscle recovery. I workout on a daily basis - anything from cardio to weight lifting to aerial fitness. I decided to order these and start taking them after intense workout sessions. I haven't noticed an obvious difference but I likely haven't been using them long enough yet. I don't know if I would use these daily - but I might keep taking them specifically after my weight training sessions going forward. Each serving is 2 capsules. I would prefer taking only 1 capsule or a gummy or powder/drink personally. It's important to me that they are vegan friendly. I also like that they're sugar free and don't contain any additives. Overall, the product seems okay, no negative side effects at least.

These pills are very easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. They actually work really well for me to take after my work out and relieve my body of any soreness. They keep me energized and ready to work out day after day. Highly recommended

I have been inactive for a few years and I’m reaping what I sowed now.. so it’s time to get active. Got the home gym ready so I ordered some suppliments to help get back into the best shape I can. I decided on these as part of my regime to help my metabolism, help prevent sore muscles and promote a healthy gut. My doctor wants me to take something for that so this is win win situation.

I am on and off with an intense daily leg work out. Every time I have to restart my program after a decent amount of time off it is really hard on my body and leaves my legs super sore. I had been out of my game for a while and decided to give these a try when getting back into the routine. I noticed that my legs didn't get nearly as sore than all the other times I restarted my program so I would say these work really well. They are a bit pricey at the current price of $17 for 30 servings though.

These have little to no flavor when you swallow them! And they are super simple to swallow! I have definitely noticed a difference in my muscle recovery ever since taking these after my workouts. Have not experienced any bad reaction.

I lift weights most days of the weeks and the days I don't I am usually active doing something. I have read a lot of studies about the effects of glutamine, especially with muscle recovery. I don't take these daily, but take them on the days I have a hard workout. I haven't felt a huge difference since taking these, but also, haven't been super sore either. I think these are helpful, but also will have to see if I decide to order them again.
