Q: How tall are they with the dome lid?

The lid is about an inch high give and take.

Q: Can just the dome lids be purchased?

Not that I am aware of. Unfortunately none of the dome lids fit on the glasses. I ordered the pack as I was starting houseplants cuttings in them. It was a big disappointment when the lids did not fit.

Use for smoothies and these work better than some other brands I've bought the lid is a little difficult to get on but that ensures they don't leak have not had a problem getting the lids on any of the cups so far
