Wish they had these when I've purchased brake controllers in the past.
Great... too bad each brand of brake controllers uses a different connector; there should be a standard (but that's my humble opinion).Anyway, this is a great item, makes installation a breeze and it uses the normal, standard wire colors that all brake controllers seem to use (as far as I've seen, they are all the same) unlike the connector that was included with my Ford truck which uses some unusual choices of wire colors that are not standard for trailer or brake wiring.

Curt 51436 pig tail adapter
I added an electric brake controller to my OEM prewired ‘18 Ford F150. After verifying on other sites this was a 10 minute plug/play adding a digital Curt brake controller. Very happy with both Curt products.

Fit my F-150 Great After I removed the Ford Adapter Plug
This is a sturdy well made cable assembly. On some Ford f-150s you have to remove a adapter plug that covers the plug on the vehicle side. You should be able to find this cable up under the dash between the steering column and the radio. It is taped to the factory wiring harness and you will need a knife to carefully cut it free.

Easy install
2022 Ford F-150. Plug located just above large ECM at drivers side foot well between door and firewall. Get on floor and look. Easy access just attach from dummy plug anchor. 15 minutes install max.

This harness is plenty long to put the brake controler where ever you want to install it. The harness is about 2 feet long and plugs easily into the factory connector. Works perfectly. Dave R.

Nothing fits my truck
This part does not fit my brake system either over the 30 days, so no replacement or a refund! This sucks not everyone can immediately put in parts or pieces that they order I’m a busy person too!
