Very bright, easy to use, compact, and versatile
I love that it is compact, comes in a nice padded case, has a very useful bracket included, and is inexpensive. The green laser lines show up much better than red lasers. It appears to have been very well thought out. It has magnets in the bottom of the laser unit, so it can sit securely on a metal object. It also is threaded for a 1/4" common tripod mount. It also comes with a very handy "L" bracket with a hole for attaching it to something like a wooden post, wall, etc. with a screw. The bracket also has strong magnets in the back, so you can just stick it to any metal object, ductwork, etc.. I bought it thinking I could use it to dig a French drain in my crawlspace, so I tried it out there, and the green lines are highly visible inside. It will easily project all the way down the length of my foundation. The self-leveling works great, and it also can be locked so it won't self-level if you desire. That could allow you to set the angle you want, such as for the slope of my drain, so I can dig the trench and keep the bottom of the trench the same distance from the beam, instead of having to try to calculate how far I have dug, and how much it needs to drop, while I am digging. This will be much easier and better than trying to stretch a string for that purpose. It will project both horizontal and vertical beams at the same time, or either one by itself. This makes it very handy for hanging objects on walls. In the self-leveling mode, you can set it anywhere in the room and it will project a line most of the way around the room, then you can just rotate it to get the rest of the room, without having to level it again. The price is very reasonable for a green laser that is this versatile, and I can think of many things I have done where this would have made the job easier.

Much faster and reliable than using a bubble level. Awesome tool over all.
After going some research on red vs green laser technology, one of the green benefits is it’s better outdoors than red. The available distance is greater than my 3/2 house, so it manages my needs very well.It comes with a Type-C charging cable. My first c-cable annoyed me. Like, really, another type of cable. After researching it has been made to charge items faster than the micro ones. I feel in time, c-cable will be a global normal soon since it is so quick compared to others. Another benefit w the c-cable, you do not have to carry extra batteries, if it’s a long project. It is a very compact w padded small case (see pick). It has the option to temp install a magnet to it to get some height. Really strong magnet. A very lightweight tripod, not included, is an option too, but I have my camera pod.Not only does this go horizontal and vertical, but it can also be changed to diagonal for stairs etc. There are directions included, but it is very intuitive.

Inside it's great just not so much for outdoor daytime use
Has nice bright lines indoors but outside I had a hard time making out the line at 20 feet in the shade on a piece of paper during the daytime.Operation is simple. Auto-level seems to work well. Charging works when plugged into the PC. Case is nice for the unit itself but lacks any place for the charging cable or the 360° Magnetic Base. The magnets on the unit itself are barely enough to hold it on a vertical surface (a slight tap or maybe even some vibration could cause it to fall) but the ones on the 360° Magnetic Base are a bit stronger.I haven't checked it for accuracy yet.I purchased this to make a level area for a 40' shipping container site and I think the only way I can make it work is by placing it on a tripod about in the center of the site and marking the corners at dusk when it starts getting dark or once it gets dark.Typically this would be done by setting the laser level at the highest (ground level) corner and shooting level but I don't see this being a clear well defined line at ~48' corner to corner.Still not a bad price for a green laser level with auto-leveling for indoor use.

Great Little Laser Level. Bright Green Laser, Self-leveling and Tripod Mount. Nice Case Too:)
Happy with the level. Home-owner finishing my basement with will be handy for a lot of projects, from wall placement to tiling, Light placement to running wire through walls. The laser is a bright (adjustable) green. Easy to see and reaches a long way, all the way across my basement. Compact size, and it has a mount on the bottom for a tripod. It comes with a really nice case and USB charging cable. I really like this thing. Has both a horizontal and vertical laser line. Would definitely buy again.

Basic but works like it's supposed to
Like other reviews mentioned, it is super bright indoors (haven't had a project outside to try it out on yet), very easy to use and works like it should. Obviously it has a gyro that self levels and if it sitting too far off level it will flash to alert you that it isn't able to give a level or plumb line. Works great for the money if all you need is a simple 360 degree horizontal line.

Works great, BUT...
This laser level is easy to use and is plenty bright enough for indoor use but not very great for outdoors. I knocked off two stars because my unit will not hold a charge. I can charge the battery to full (has lights indicating how much charge is left, nice feature) but if I don't use it for a few weeks, with it turned off and locked, the battery is dead. Something must be going on in the electronics for it to drain. Not a huge problem when I'm working with power since it does work when plugged in, but sometimes I'm in a building without power outlets. I'm going to reach out to the manufacturer to see if that's a normal problem or if I have a defective unit. If so I'll revise this review.

Low cost, high quality
This laser level was exactly what I needed to align new ceiling lights in my garage. At first I was eyeballed the installs and some of them were way off. I knew I needed a level to do them right. I was put off by the high price of laser levels and tried this one because of the low price. It seemed to good to be true. No regrets! From box opening to projecting on the ceiling in just a few minutes. It’s bright, accurate and easy to use. 👏🏼

Impressive
Am impressed with the functions of this level especially considering its size and price.Cannot come up with any negative comments except the user guide lingo is choppy style grammer typical of most asian products, however its easy to figure out withoutreally reading it...
