Good product, a little squeaky
Nice cooling feeling, super cute packaging and easy to use, just a little bit of squeaking from the Jade roller but bearable and does the job

Missing accessories! In the picture, 2 brushes are included both are missing!

Not top quality but usable
For personal use it is fine. I would not buy as a gift, just because it's squeaky and flimsy. Mine arrived broken. One of the handles is broke off.On a positive note, the cool roller feels nice on my face.

Would be great if Scrapee isnt so thin
I choose this Jade roller because of the colour and it came with a few extra stuff.However while using the scrapeer, it break.I didnt applied that much pressure but its actually very thin.I realise the colour of the scrapeer is not the same as the rest of the product as advertised, so Im not sure if this one was just thrown in there.I decided to keep it because of the hassle of returning, and the other two seem fine.I only used one so far (smooth ends) and I like it.
