Q: It does not appear to be solid, does it flap while driving, creating annoying noise?

It does not flap in the wind while driving at 65mph for me. The straps tighten well around the headrests. Plus, it's adjustable to go above or below the height of the headrest itself. Yes the windscreen will move a bit in the wind, but it does not flap nor make noise. At least for me it has not ever.

Q: Will this work for a lexus is 250 c?

It sure works for my 2006 Chrysler Sebring. It creates a compartment where there is less wind and contains the heat or AC you need on those extreme days. The only problem I've found is it limits back seat entrance because of it's attachment to the tip-forward front seats. But we don't have much need for that. My philosophy is to try it and return it if it doesn't work for you. The price is certainly right.

Q: Anyone with a S550 (2015+) Mustang have any issues with the rear view mirror?

I have a Mini Cooper and bought this several months ago. It does make the rear view window harder to see out of but in the daytime it is doable. Nighttime not so much. For the price it does the job and is sturdy.
