LBell Bluetooth Headset, [Update Version] Wireless Bluetooth V4.1 Foldable & Retractable Neckband Headphones (Red)

Initially loved this product. Connected easily, battery life is awesome and loved the retractable earbuds and folding capability. However product was delivered in April and in just 5 short months it started to malfunction. One earbud doesn't get sound and often will connect to bluetooth but no sound at all. The set will connect to phone and then disconnect. Very disappointed as I am bluetooth headset dependent and expected that the product would function longer than 5 months. Return time frame has expired and I'm left with a defective product.Since I posted this review I was contacted by the seller to try to correct the problem. I was given the option of replacement or a refund. I chose replacement because with the exception of the short lifespan I really did love this product's functioning and features. The replacement arrived within a week and I received follow up contact to make sure I had received it and was satisfied. At this point I am definitely satisfied. The level of service from this seller was exceptional and that counts a great deal to me. I am hoping that the 1st devict was simply defective and the new one will work for a long time.

I bought this as my first BT headset so I have little experience with what's possible. Because of this I wanted something not too expensive and the price was right on this little gem. This baby is light, easy to use and it paired easily with my phone too. It fits my needs where I listen to audiobooks while indoors. Sometimes I listen to language lessons or music while dog walking too. But at age 76 my hearing is not great and better volume or better earbuds would be nice. The earbuds fall out easily especially when adjustments to the sound level need to be made. As a whole though, this is made with quality materials and a well designed device. I've had this for about two months and it works ok for my needs and I like that it is small and folds. My next purchase will be over the ear instead of earbuds.Update: After four months I really like this headset. It's lightweight and so convenient to fit into small places when not in use. I've had no problems at all and am satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this bluetooth after trying a few others and I have to say I was very impressed with the sound quality and battery life. After about 3 months I went to use them one day and one side had quit working. Needless to say I was upset. I went to see about the 1 year warranty against defects to get a replacement and it web page said it was no longer eligible??? "UPDATE"!....... Talked to seller and they say they are gonna make it right and ship another one out for replacement so we shall see? The headset itself is great! It sounds great, and the battery life last and last! I just think the wires that retract could be a little more durable but that is the only downside I can think of. It'll definitely give the LG a run for its money as far as I am concerned. Just be careful retracting the ear pieces and try not to let them snap back to hard. I'll let you know when they deliver on they're promise. As of now I'm bumping my rating to a 3 and will bump it to a five once my replacement is delivered. UPDATE #2, I was sent a replacement , no questions asked and I am very happy. They took care of my problem and had it to me in about 3 or 4 days. Thank You Digi-life! Will definately be doing business with you again.

I've only had this headset about 2 months now, but decided to go ahead and write a review. I spent $80 on an LG headset and it lasted about 2 months before one ear quit working, which I've learned is a common failure on any brand. So far this headset is working flawlessly. It doesn't drop the connection to my phone, the battery life is probably better than any headset I've owned, and so far both ears are still working. My only complaint is the shape is different than others, in that it is thick and doesn't lay flat around my neck. When I put it on, the ends stick out and won't tuck under my shirt. My LG and Sound Peats headsets laid nice and flat and were easily concealed under my shirt. I didn't notice it when I first looked at the headset online, but if you look at the picture of the dude jogging, you can see what I am talking about.

After owning this headset for 6 months+ I'd have to say it's pretty awesome overall with the retractable cords, it's solid design which has held up to a few beatings from my job, and it also has good sound quality, and easy functionality. I would definitely buy another in the future.My friends/family complaint is that it picks up a lot of background noise and they will complain of background noises coming through very loudly to the point it drowns out whatever I'm saying and is ear piercing at times. But on my end it's fine. To be fair though, I have a 5 and 6 year old that like to test the limits of their vocal cords between singing and crying, and also my job is really loud so that's just going to happen anyways.My only personal complaint is that "the voice" likes to chime in and interrupt songs or moments of quiet with a notification of the battery level...it's really annoying, but tolerable since the headset meets all of my basic requirements as noted in the beginning, which is why it still gets 5 stars from me.

BEST YET! I have purchased at least 10 different sets of ear buds, and finally, finally someone has created a pair with retractable ear bud lines.!!! In addition to being safer, I am thrilled with this function. I spend a large part of my day on Conf. Calls and Webinars, never before has a pair of ear buds been retractable and also fold for storage in my briefcase or purse when not in use, (although I wear the set most of my business day and then afterwards to listen to my audible books). If you have had sets where the line holder detaches or beaks from the set and the buds wound up hanging down your neck, you will appreciate the retractable lines even more than the folding set. BUY THESE NOW. Only improvement would be some type of customized storage case or soft cover packet to store. But this is hardly a deterrent when like I said, I rarely take these off until home for the night. GREAT BUY! GREAT PRODUCT and received SAME DAY - even better!

The band is a bit big but that wasn't my biggest concern. It's not low quality but the call receiver couldn't hear me very well so no point for me to keep it since I need it for business use. I have a samsung S4. Maybe it's different with iphone I am not sure.

The retractable part I thought would break eventually, but it was held up! I'd tuck it under my collar and work and it was comfortable this way and easily could retract in and out when a call came in. I really like the retractable part.Problem is, it snapped in half. Right behind the neck. So I glued it back to get, and then it broke again right next the the previous break. The plastic piece the neck with the rubber padding is too week. Other then that I really liked it.

After a month being satisfied by it's design and functionality, all of a sudden it started to vibrate endlessly and there was no way to stop it other than let it run out of power. It's a big disappointment. I tried several times to perform a factory reset following the instruction but no success at all and didn't get the blue light blinking three times.

Gave it to my daughter she does cleaning for a business she loves them
