I got my first from the Whole Foods market in Venice and I was obsessed. Each pillow relates to a different chakra and has a different smell associated with it. This one is for the Root Chakra and smells so wonderful. I use it every night to calm down, heal, and relax me before I go to bed. You can even heat them up in the microwave if you need a little extra boost. Be careful not to heat them for too long though. I am a huge fan of these chakra pillows and plan to collect them all in every color!
