How do I get it to not curl up?

We found that we needed to adjust the cooking time at this temp. We watch it very closely. It will shrink and curl and then lay flat at this point we remove it from the oven. Depending on size it will take more if less time. You might also have to adjust the temperature. If it curls and never lays flat it’s probably too hot.
