Nurse Mates Womens Tibby

I bought these on a whim to add to my nursing shoes collection. I read in the reviews that they run small so I ordered a whole size up from my usual 10 to an 11 (they don't sell 10.5) and the length was perfect. Unfortunately it was too narrow towards the toes, and there is a seam that rubs against the side of my foot just before my toes. I do have slightly wide feet, but I've never actually needed to order wide shoes, so it's safe to assume these are just exceptionally narrow. Other than the fit, I wasn't crazy about how they looked. They look like gray bowling shoes to me. I will say that I like the elastic shoelace design, the sole feels insanely comfortable, the material looks easy to clean/disinfect and they're a nice alternative to the standard nursing clog. I'll be returning these due to the improper fit, but I will surely try out other Nurse Mates shoes.I gave 4 stars out of 5 because I do believe that the quality is good and they'll make someone else very happy, but just not for me.

Very comfy shoes. I'm still a little iffy on the design, some people told me it was cute and someone said it looked like I was wearing bowling shoes... but I wore them for work so it doesn't really matter. I am a barista and on my feet all day, I'm constantly wearing my shoes down because of all the abuse and spills I put them through everyday. Slip resistant is a must. These were not the most slip resistant shoes I've had but it still works pretty well. The biggest pro was that these shoes are super comfy! I ordered half a size up and they fit perfectly and I could wear them all day with no problem. The biggest con was that they only lasted me about 6 months before the seams on the outside edge of the shoe unraveled and you could touch the side of my foot through the shoe at this point.

Get a size up

I think the cushioned sole is great but it takes too much space away for your foot to fit well in the show so I will reorder a 1/2 size larger.

I expect to get another pair of these shoes. Very comfortable to wear all day. I am on my feet and walk a lot 8 hours a day.

Okay, but run small. Sent them back. Plus one shoe came bre worn, dirty on the bottom and the leather was a bit broken in.

I have a foot more on the wide side, just a little too wide to comfortably wear converse for long. At work I walk 8 miles on average in a 12.5 hour shift. These shoes have been so nice. They have an elastic band instead of laces, which is so nice and makes it just a little easier to get ready for work in the morning. I'd get these again or try a different style in this brand.

good quality shoes. I have a wide foot and the design of the shoes are not; make my feet hurt.
