Gate 7 Beef Jerky

This jerky was great. The heat level in the habanero range so there was plenty of heat but a great deal of chile pepper flavor and not so hot that you will be running to the loo. The texture was mostly dry with just enough moisture to make chewing toothsome but not difficult. My only complaint is the 8 ounce bags as once I started eating this jerky I couldn't stop until the bag was empty.
