Usually I recommend 1 can per wheel. But I would use the matte black first, then finish with the glossy black. Cheaper way to do it.

Hello - many thanks for your enquiry - yes, you can peel off Plasti Dip, but as long as you DON'T use the Primer first, as that creates a permanent fix.
