Waterdrop PT-07B Lucid Water Filter Jug, 3.5L, NSF-Certified 3-Month Filter

I am very pleased with this water filter jug. It’s the glass one and is stable and has a great non stick base that helps keep it secure. This base comes off so you can clean it too. The handle has a nice smooth feel to it. The water filter allows water through really quickly and the difference in taste from the original tap water is massive. I have not had a water filters for many years and thought I would give it a go. Good value for money,I really do recommend it.

This is much better than the plastic water filters as there is no residue that builds up and makes the plastic look dirty. The glass stays looking clean and it's much nicer to handle. The lid is thin and comes on and off easily, it's designed to lift off with finger and thumb and stays fixed in place with a gentle push. It's the size of a big kettle to give an idea of how it looks on the kitchen counter. The rubber base ensures minimal noise and of course the water tastes better and is cleaner.

I recently purchased the Waterdrop Lucid Water Jug Filter, and while the product itself is great, my experience became truly exceptional thanks to their customer service team — especially Becky. When the jug arrived, the reservoir was unfortunately damaged, which was disappointing at first. However, the moment I reached out to Waterdrop, everything changed. Becky handled the situation with absolute professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. She responded quickly, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure a solution was arranged without any hassle. Her communication was clear, friendly, and genuinely caring — the kind of customer service you rarely see these days. The Waterdrop Lucid jug filter itself is excellent — clean-tasting water, sleek design, and easy to use — but it’s the top‑tier customer service that truly sets this company apart. Arrived in a well packaged, sealed box. I followed the instructions by cleaning the jug, soaking the filter for 10 minutes, and then running through two jugs full of water. The Glass feels nice, much better than the plastic versions from Brita and Zerowater. It has a silicon base to keep it safe when putting it down. Unlike other jugs which use a countdown timer or light, this uses a dial where you select the month and then an arrow will point two months later. A very basic way of telling you two months! I would prefer some kind of meter that's actually testing the water, but at this price point that's too much to ask for. The flap on the lid doesn't always spring back after filling, which is annoying but not a deal breaker. Waterdrop clearly say in the manual this product is not designed to lower TDS, unlike Zerowater for example which does. Instead it claims it leaves in the good minerals and filters out all the nasties. This was true of my tests. Tap Water - 125ppm, Waterdrop Glass - 106ppm and Zerowater - 0ppm. The filtered water tastes nicer than Zerowater, so it depends on your needs and if you prefer taste over TDS. Waterdrop chubby (plastic) has performed well in independent lab tests. This glass version uses a slightly upgraded filter (grey top as opposed to white). In conclusion if your tap water is already of good quality, and your looking for a final stage of filtration to get rid of that typical Chlorine smell and tap water taste, the Waterdrop Glass Jug does that perfectly. It retains minerals and I can't tell the difference between this and supermarket bottled water. If your main goal is dropping the TDS then you will need to look towards Zerowater or if your tap water is over 500ppm I'd be looking for a RO system. For me this ticks all the boxes, fits nicely in the fridge, is well priced and has good pricing for the filters as time goes on (each one lasts 2 months depending on usage).

The design feels modern and thoughtful — it looks great on the table and the clear body makes checking water levels easy. In terms of size it's just about right. It measures precisely 25.5 cm long (spout to handle), 25.5 cm tall, and 13.5 cm wide and it’s the perfect size for my fridge shelf. I also love the fact it can hold such a large amount of water as it means I really don't have to constantly refill it throughout the day. Ease of use is excellent: the lid opens smoothly and pouring feels controlled, with no awkward drips. So far it’s been completely leak‑proof, even when accidentally tipped slightly while filling. The water it produces tastes noticeably clean and fresh, so I can tell the water quality is great straight from the jug. It's also very quick to filter, much quicker than another well known brand. The plasticky build feels surprisingly sturdy, suggesting good durability for regular use. Everything fits together well and it’s easy to clean, which is a huge plus. In short — stylish, functional, and reliable. A jug I’m genuinely happy with!

This is great. Easy to set up, water filters through very quickly. The jug is heavy when full so just be warned (it is glass after all)

Ottima scelta ecologica! Già possedevo varie caraffe di questa marca che però erano di plastica...questa è di vetro. La filtrazione mi pare adeguata ed è certificata. Mi piace l'assenza di ristagno dell'acqua sotto al filtro. Inoltre apprezzo l'estetica.

Gute Qualität ausreichendes Fassungsvermögen. Folgekosten für erneuerung des Filters ist übersichtlich.
