Not bad not groundbreaking
I used this for severe pms symptoms. It helped mildly but did not make a huge impact nor did I notice any big changes in my health/energy levels after using for a few months.

The brand is a great company. I could take the taste but not awesome. Didn't really tell any difference taking.

the taste is both spicy and sweet all at the same time, its very good. I get an energizing feeling from using this maca. I always have some on hand and usually take some before a workout.

Love this stuff. A little pricey but well worth it in my opinion. It's absolutely delicious mixed in my morning coconut yogurt. Will reorder. I am always impressed with Health Force Superfoods products and quality. Heartily recommend!
