I didn't use this for heels since i cant wear them anymore. I have major nerve over active nerves in my feet and thought it might help. It really helped me. I even brought it to my foot doctor and he said it natural ingredients and safe to use. He even tried it on a blister he had and his sock was rubbing it. After a couple minutes he said it stopped hurting. He seemed surprised but then wrote the name down to pass along. It doesn't stop you from getting blisters - you get them from improperly fitted shoes but it does numb your feet for a few hours. I wouldn't apply until your feet start to hurt. Again it's not preventing issues just numbing an area.

I stand on my feet all day and this spray actually worked. You will more than likely have to reapply after 3-4 hours but it's worth it.

Does not soothe foot in fact you can feel pain a little worse since there’s a layer that rubs against the leather of your heels. Not comfortable at all even if you reapply and let dry. Wouldn’t recommend

I wear a lot of heels and very rare I come across a pair of my shoes that hurt. One day I decided to give this product a try before a wedding and sure enough my feet didn’t not hurt, they felt refresh and I was able to dance all night long. I recommend this product.

I am on my feet in heels 12 to 13 hours a day and read the reviews . I was so excited to buy this and try it . All I can say is don’t waste your money this does not work . It’s just a over priced lidocaine spray . Buy lidocaine it’s cheaper and it will probably work better. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this stuff is a rip off if your expecting to be able to wear your heels and experience relief . Maybe for 15 minutes .

I really recommend this product because it really works. I spray it on my feet two times and it really works when you’re using high heels I really recommend at 100%.

It numbs but it doesn’t make a difference my feet still hurt after 5 minutes even in flats. The annoying thing is that your hands are numb most of the evening if you get the spray on your hands as you spray your feet. It was a good concept and I know beauty pageant girls really use this hack so I guess I’ll keep looking but this wasn’t it.

This product works. Period! It prevents the discomfort but more importantly, the swelling of my feet! I love wearing heels and I can wear them longer with this spray. I don’t get the negative reviews I’m seeing on here. Perhaps they’re the competition.
