I actually kind of like them more than most normal cookies I think.Just make sure you don’t overcook them if you like me and you like them soft and chewy, and definitely do not use avocado oil, use butter it’s way better..Only downside is that it makes me feel a little bit cracked out from all the sugar, which these actually spike your blood sugar less than normal cookies because it’s using cassava flour, which apparently is mostly R2 starch that barely even spikes your blood sugar. It just goes straight to your gut bacteria and feeding them. and people like Dr. Gundry will say it feeds the good gut bacteria as well. So it actually spikes your blood sugar less than a normal wheat flour cookie would. And the organic cane sugar is so much better than gmo corn syrup and all that crap.Plus I follow the ray peat/ Thermo diet community and their diet information and they have pretty nice and compelling information about sugar actually not being so bad for you. I’m still up in the air about that but I’m really not too worried about it. I’m much more worried about polyunsaturated fats which this doesn’t have, any seed oils or nuts in it. So that’s an extra bonus.Plus, there’s no lectin ingredients either for us auto immune.Great product! Straight up better than most cookies I’ve had personally!

The cassava flour baked into light, crispy cookies. The flavor is what you’d expect from a (chocolate chip) cookie. We add chocolate ships and other random things into our mix. My non gluten-free child steals these cookies all the time.Otto’s has been a lifesaver since my kids have a very wide breadth of food sensitivities. We have used their other products and they are great too!

I try and avoid gluten products as much as possible. My wife adds the chocolate chips and my whole family including my 11 year old son think these cookies taste better than Nestle. They really taste fantastic, the flour comes from South American vegetable. I really can't overstate how good with chocolate chips they really are.

i love this stuff. cleanest cookies i’ve found to date and they taste better than any of the others. i can’t stand having them in my house because i can’t stop eating them when i do. i will be ordering these as long as they’re available!

I added dried cranberries and salted pistachios to these cookies and they were awesome. Crunchy and crispy-perfect cookies for me! Didn’t last long enough for pictures.

Son muy fáciles de hacer, de buen sabor (aunque para mi gusto son demasiado dulces) y puedes agregarles semillas, chips de chocolate, mantequillas, funfettis, etc.
