Sahale SnacksBean + Nut Snack Mix Variety Pack, 4 Ounces (Pack of 6)

I purchased a half dozen bags based on the large print prose on the back of the package. Unfortunately, upon opening and tasting the Sahale "Sea Salt Bean + Nut Snack Mix" I found the nice description of the contents quite misleading. The prominent description does not match the tiny ingredients paragraph and when I called Sahale to tell them so, they seemed quite nonchalant about the news and nothing came of it.The description: "Crunchy chickpeas, fava beans and crisp lentils are mixed with whole dry-roasted almonds and pepitas. A light dusting of sea salt brings the blend together as a satisfying pick me up. Beyond OrdinaryTM." Regrettably, Sahale (owned by J. M. Smucker Co. - the jelly people) left out the part about Black Pepper and Garlic Powder. Somewhere along the line I developed an allergy to the latter. Very disappointing and Sahale and Smucker's should know better but, Caveat Emptor....

Too much salt taste. I would like to send them back but when you have to pick a reason there is not one for bad taste. Plus the first and only package I opened had many nut shells in there when I chewed.

3-stars because the flavors aren’t harmonious and these contain more sodium than necessary in a serving (granted, I knew that when I ordered them). On the plus side, the lentils and chickpeas are crunchy and crispy and the almonds boost the flavor profile.

Overall, this is a good quality product. However, the name is very misleading. These are seasoned with way more than just sea salt. The seasoning blend is rather strong. I could see a lot of people liking it, but it's just too strong for my palate.

i love Sahale's nut mixes, so I thought I'd also love their bean & nut mixes. Not so. The product was a quality product, i.e., everything was fresh and well packaged (hence the 2 stars), but the flavor was just not to my taste. My family also did not like any of these. There were four flavors, and we did not like a single one. Super disappointing. We ended up throwing them out.

These taste good but the texture of the nuts is weird and hard to chew. The cashew is fine, the chickpea and fava beans however, remind me of corn nuts in texture. So if you're in the mood for a hard crunch this is for you.

I have become a fan of Sahale Snacks, and slowly am trying the various flavors. This Asian Sesame Edamame Bean & Nut Snack Mix might be my least favorite. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad. I enjoyed the crunchy beans and peppery taste, not too salty, but I guess I am more partial to sweet, rather than savory, flavors. I do recommend it.

Wanted to upgrade the quality of my work-from-home snacks, so I picked these up. I wish there were variety packs that also include this flavor; alas, I had to buy them alone to get them. Either way, very happy with the flavor and variety. There’s a good mix of textures and they’re just spicy enough. Might be a tiny bit saltier than they need to be, but less so than most (over) salted nuts.
