This was recommended so I thought I’d give it a try. I just got it so I can’t give any review from prolonged use just yet. The pills are easy to swallow if you don’t usually have issues but they are scored so that means they can be cut to the size you can tolerate. As the bottle reads, they’re gluten free, certified vegan, and BPA free. I look forward to seeing how well these work.

A friend recommended these after I was getting severe (almost debilitating) cramps sometimes after our 3+ hour sessions on the courts (during summer in the south). I was getting adequate hydration and consuming plenty of carbs and mineral rich foods, but still getting cramps. I started taking one of these the night before, one first in the morning before playing, then one right before our matches, and haven't had cramps since. Whether or not this product is responsible is debatable, but the fact remains I haven't had cramps since. Trace Minerals recommends 6 tablets a day, which I think is excessive, especially if you're on a sodium restrictive diet. As far as stamina claims, I only took these for cramps (which had been occurring within 20 minutes after exercise), it MAY have increased my stamina but that was not my focus and I never really thought about it until I started this review. I'm very skeptical about supplements and rely on a balanced diet for all my nutritional needs. I am not sodium restrictive but I do watch my intake, i.e. I never add salt during or after cooking and rarely eat canned foods or vegetables. I suspect this may be culprit of my cramps, but even taking a placebo if it works, is better than knotted up with cramps.

Helps leg cramps at night.

I've tried many of Trace Elements products. The Mega-Mag helped a lot with muscle soreness and even the times when my mood was low. I've also tried the Trace Minerals, No Muscle Cramps, and Gut Health. The frustrating thing I've learned is that save for the Gut Health, they're all basically the same ingredients just with differing levels of Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium, Potassium, etc. While I don't enjoy swallowing six tablets, I get everything I need with these instead of taking three different variations of the same product. As an aside, if I go out and have a few drinks then take these before going to bed with two pints of water, I usually dodge the hangover.

This is an awesome product. I was searching for someThing to help with my electrolytes and this gave me the biggest bang for the buck and also acted the fastest when I had muscle spasms

Excelente producto de hidratación tomo una pastilla antes de empezar mi entrenamiento de 21 kilómetros cabe señalar que vivo en una zona de mucho calor y humedad desde muy temprano ente 25 y 27 C° por la madrugada y 96 % de humedad igual soy una persona que suda mucho. Tomo cuatro pastillas durante el entrenamiento casa 6. 5 Kilómetros hasta terminado mi entrenamiento, durante el entrenamiento tomo al rededor de 1.5 a 2 litros de agua.
